Cantor Fitzgerald Securities (together with its affiliates existing from time to time, collectively, the "Firm", "We", "Us", "Our") have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate Our commitment to protecting Our individual users' personally identifiable information that such users provide to Us or that We collect and/or receive (or have Our third party service providers collect and/or receive on Our behalf) (such personally identifiable information, “PII”) in connection with such users' use of this career website operated by Our third party service provider (the "Career Site"). This Privacy Policy does not and shall not be deemed to form part of and/or supersede the terms and conditions of any contract or offer of employment with or from the Firm.

By visiting and/or using the Career Site, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and are agreeing to the collection and use of your PII as well as other information addressed in this Privacy Policy, in each case, as further described in this Privacy Policy.

PII is collected when you voluntarily provide it using the Career Site. PII collected may include information about gender, race, ethnic origin, citizenship or veteran status, in each case, solely to the extent that you voluntarily provide it using the Career Site. Such information is not part of the selection or hiring process and you may choose not to provide it. To the extent that you voluntarily provide such information using the Career Site, you expressly consent to its collection and use as specified in this Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the information you provide using the Career Site, and shall ensure that it does not contain material that is obscene, defamatory or infringes the rights of any third party, does not contain malicious code, and is not otherwise legally actionable. Please note that if you decide not to provide certain information, it may affect Our ability to evaluate your job application.   

The PII you provide may be used to communicate with you, to manage Our recruiting and hiring practices in general and for other similar or related purposes. The PII you provide may also be used to respond to your queries or requests, to contact you about opportunities in the future or to provide you with information about working at the Firm. If your application is successful, the PII you provide may be used (and shared internally or with Our third party service providers) in connection with employment and corporate management consistent with the Firm’s policies and/or practices. Lastly, the PII you provide may be used as agreed to by you. Please note that, as of the latest update of this Privacy Policy, the Career Site does not currently take actions to respond to “Do Not Track” signals in browsers.

We may use or disclose any information We receive or collect in connection with Our users’ use of the Career Site  to the extent that We determine in good faith to be required by any applicable laws, rules or regulations, regulatory requirements or order or in enforcement of Our rights or property or the defense of claims. Without limiting the foregoing and in addition thereto, We may transfer this information to another entity if We are acquired by or merged with another entity, if all or substantially all of Our assets or business are acquired by another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.

Please note that the Career Site is not designed to be used by or collect any personally identifiable information from or about individuals under the age of majority.

The Career Site automatically receives and stores IP addresses, cookie information and statistical information about the users' online experience and the pages they request. Although non-personally identifiable, We may use such received and collected information, disclose it to and share it internally or with our third party service providers for the same purposes as set out above.

The Career Site may from time to time display call-to-action buttons and/or include links to other websites whose privacy practices may be different from the Career Site. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected on the Career Site. If you submit information to any of those websites, such information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

You may request at any time that the candidate profile you created on the Career Site be deleted by emailing ASK-Recruitment@cantor.com. Should you wish to correct the candidate profile you created on the Career Site and/or correct or delete the application for a specific position you submitted on the Career Site, you may do so via your candidate profile. By deleting your candidate profile and/or any application, you will no longer be under consideration for any job posting to which you’ve applied, and must create a new candidate profile and/or application, as applicable, in order to be able to apply for positions with Us.

The laws of your state of residence may give you the right to request certain information from Us. To request a copy of such information, please contact Us at ASK-Recruitment@cantor.com and include your name, state of residence and specific information requested.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time upon written notice or posting to the Career Site. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically. You agree that your access to or use of the Career Site after such notice or posting constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the modification and this Privacy Policy.
